Back in 2003, the Rod Blagojevich administration in Illinois was caught using the online ethics test to spread tales of Republican corruption. The same coverage noted that Blagojevich used hired a politically connected firm to devise the test and administer it to employees.
Well, Blagojevich is at it again. These screenshots of the current test show that the administration is giving its spin to the Dawn DeFraties and Michael Casey firing actions. From all indications, this version of events will be rejected by the state Civil Service Commission. But, by then, all state employees will have been given the test.
