Giuliani dismissed Obama's complaint that the former New York City mayor had stooped to a new low. Rather than apologize, Giuliani reiterated his claim that, if one of the top Democrats is elected president, they "will wave the white flag on Iraq... and we will be back to our pre-September 11 attitude of defense."Somebody send Barack a text message that much of al Qaeda is in Iraq. If he wants to defeat them, you don't do that by retreating.
"I stand by what I said," Giuliani said. "If we're going to wave the white flag and we're gonna give 'em a schedule of our retreat and we're gonna force the United States into that position, well, then it seems to me that you are going on defense."
